Job description: EuDiCo GmbH(EU Directives Consultancy) – partner to industry for compliance with EU regulations and product safety. An exciting field of activity at the interface of toxicology and regulation for young professionals!
To support and expand our interdisciplinary team, we are looking for science graduates for the position of Regulatory Affairs Trainee at the company site in Leverkusen with immediate effect or at a later date. The trainee period should be completed within one year and will lead to the position of project manager. During the training period, training courses lasting several days are held on 8 different topics, which conclude with an examination and certificate. The content will then be further deepened. The position is initially limited to two years, but the aim is to offer a permanent position.
At the interface between natural science and regulation, you can expect a wide range of tasks. Our work focuses on toxicological risk assessments and product conformity of consumer goods as well as analytics. As part of customer projects, we prepare expert opinions on the marketability of products such as toys and textiles. We also carry out approvals of chemicals, biocides and cosmetics. Her tasks include providing scientific support for official inquiries, complaints and legal proceedings. With regard to regulatory EU regulations, you will assume project responsibility with consulting, analysis and evaluation tasks.
Requirements profile:
- Completed scientific studies in chemistry, biology or food chemistry. Basic knowledge of toxicology would be an advantage.
- Very good communication skills, both written and verbal, in German (native speaker level) and English (B2/C1) are essential. You will communicate with clients and authorities, draw up expert opinions that can be used in court and take part in internal project conferences.
- Thinking economically and acting accordingly
- Confident handling of MS Office is a prerequisite
- Driving license class 3 or B
